As a result of the accurate legal assessment of the cases, properly prepared legal documentation, and additional supporting expert opinions obtained by Chikovani Law Office, three prisoners Z.J., K.M., and N.A. were granted early release from a penitentiary institution.
They had been serving sentences for a serious criminal offence under Article 143(3) of the Criminal Code of Georgia— unlawful deprivation of liberty committed by a group acting in prior agreement.
